Major - If you mean actual decal in the sense that the same image that's used for the bobsled decal, yes, I believe that's right. If you mean actual decal in the sense that they applied one to the signboard, then no. :)
Eric - This was during the multiyear (seven year?) annual rehab of the Matterhorn.

Is that an actual bobsled decal??
Perhaps they were doing some emergency shoring up to keep the Matterhorn from sinking and didn't want to admit it.
