Weekly Signage Roundup

Signage photos from various blogs posted this week; as signs are ubiquitous on Disney property, identification of signage photos is necessarily subjective.

Intro

I've been thinking a lot about Disneyland signs lately. I have over 1,500 photos of Disneyland signs (that I've identified thus far) taken by myself over the past fifteen years. I'm defining "signs" broadly, to include attraction marquees, refurbishment signage, attraction posters, trash cans and other painted elements of the Disneyland Resort that include text. Mostly these will be signs designed by the Sign Shop, but there may be a few non-Disney signs included. I don't plan to offer much commentary on the signs, but will instead transcribe them (for findability) and indicate where and when the photograph was taken.

I will post one sign a day and will be bouncing around the Resort. The postings will include the good, the bad and the ugly and the photographs will be of varying quality.

I realize most of my readers who would have such photographs also run their own blogs, but I welcome submissions. I may run a weekly index of newly posted blog photos that include signs (we'll see!).
